while sunday in aberdeen has been sunny raning sunny and then raining. rob and i have had a enjoyable sunday together.

We decided to do some excerise and made a in house circut, but it ended alittle worse for wear i triped over and hurt my anlke alittle brused and alittle swollen but its okay, just no excercise for a while.
